About usThe Indigo Factor is a trade name of Spotlight on Management Ltd, which has operated as a management consultancy since 1987. Spotlight's main business until now has been subcontracting business process expertise to larger consultancies, including Cogent Consulting, Northern Telecom, IBM, and Equador Consulting.
