The Indigo Factor - Policies

As a trade name of Spotlight on Management Ltd, The Indigo Factor follows the same guiding principles as its parent. These are:

General

  • To work towards the greater good of all people and all life - promoting environmental consciousness
  • To employ staff and associates who subscribe to similar principles
  • To decline to work with suppliers or customers known to be working contrary to these principles, unless to foster rehabilitation

Human Rights and Equal Opportunities

  • To respect the rights of all people and not to discriminate against any individual on grounds of their race, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion and beliefs. However, The Indigo Factor declines to associate with any company or individual that denies the human rights of others or compliance with UK legislation in general.

Employees

  • To respect individual staff and associates and to keep their best interests at heart
  • To deal fairly with any employment issues that arise, in accordance with UK employment legislation
  • To apply generous rates of remuneration which adequately reflect each employee's contribution to the Company and take account of differing levels of skill, qualifications and experience in as far as they influence the quality of the deliverables

Customers

  • To deliver high quality services, on time and to the agreed specification
  • To pitch prices at a level that fairly reflects the value of the services offered
  • To work with integrity to deliver customer requirements and to give honest feedback, putting service delivery before on-sales
  • To produce accurate invoices in a timely manner

  • To deal honestly with suppliers, including associate consultants
  • Where appropriate, to negotiate suitable working environments at customers' premises
  • To pay invoices for goods and services promptly - normally within 15 working days of receipt or completion of the contract, whichever is the later.

Please note - No other charitable projects will be sponsored.
